ASC Engineers, Inc. was established by Aquilino S. Cabrias, Jr., PE, SE and was incorporated in Guam on August 18, 2016. The company was formed for the purpose of providing civil/structural engineering and construction management services to the private and local government projects as well as the federal/military projects.
